• we can communicate with people far away while doing our work and even when travelling we can install many games on our phones and use for recreation we can listen to audio, video songs, watch films. listen to radio programmes and also watch TV programmes live, we can take photographs, do banking transactions like sending or receiving money. we can find a location using GPS App without the movement of our hands we can send text messages we can set remainders for our schedules make an alarm, store numbers and data during the power cut, we can use it as a torch we can get the latest news, alerts etc.
•   accidents occur as people use mobile phones while driving vehicles. people are addicted to it and waste their precious time with Facebook , WhatsApp ,TikTok , games. 
• over utilizing of mobile is running social life of people unsolicited calls disturb us. 
• our privacy is intruded. the wave emitted from the mobile phones can change our skin tissues. 
• mobiles have often been linked to cancers and tumors
• excessive mobile phone usage has a negative effect on our society. 
• spending too much time on a mobile screen affects students developments and education, social interaction and family relationships.
