  • Drink at least ten glasses of water a day 
  •  chew the food well before swallowing 
  •  avoid heavy meal and nonveg at night 
  •  exercise at  least 20 minutes a day
  •  eat only during appetite
  • avoid drinking water while eating, 30 minutes before and after a meal 
  • meditate at least twice a day
  • come for regular checkup.
